Reliable, responsive and respectful service

I've been a client for almost a year now and I am super happy with their informative, friendly and responsive customer service when I recently claimed. The app is a life saver and I never have to wonder what my 2 pups are covered for as their website's login and user experience is top notch. There's nothing more important to us as pet parents to have our babies covered and we wouldn't change to any other pet insurance.
