rejected claim disputed, no respond within SLA

I took Car insurance with the company, sales agent (Reabetsoe Lesoetsa) put my on 1000km limitation a month without my instruction, my car was involved in an accident, dot sure advised my car exceeded the 1000km in that month , they won't pay me. i sent the recording to prove that i never instructed the sale agent to put my car on 1000km limitation. complain was sent to: *** , within 7 day they were supposed to give me feed back, 7 day passed no feed back, no one is consulting me to help me about my complain. terrible service, firstly they put my car in category i never instructed, after that the complain department is also not responding to me, it shows that they don't care about the client , the only thing they want is our money to pay policy premium.
