Rejected Case- ***
Good Day. My dad was involved in an accident when a client from dotsure collided with him. The client was the offender. There was an error (mix-up) in filling of details of the accident in the third party claim process letter and questionnaire. Lerato Dlamini who is the liability negotiator from dotsure was helping my dad. We are not satisfied with how she administered the case. This has affected the outcome of the claim. How can we review the case?
