Refusing to cover my car and given attitude

Hello Peter. My car was involved in an accident on the 30th May 2023. I lodged a claim on Dotsure ,they asked for AR and photos and send them. Later call to make follow up they said they didn't received them and re-send. They said I must add more photos I did and they never got back to me. Made the follow up they said I didn't send and re-send. Then I called, this time they said they were canceling the claim as I did not send the photos. I proved them that I did send the photos and they insist that they were canceling the claim as the photos quality was not good. I had to start the process from scratch and re-send everything but even today the are telling me the same thing that they cant re-open the claim as I have not send the photos. My claim is assigned to the lady called Tabriska Langiza who always answered with attitude or hang up call while we speak. Worse part while they are doing that they just increase my installment with R1000.
