Refuse to settle my claim
Dotsure refuse to reimburse me after my pug swallowed a foreign object causing her to vomit that lead to lethargy and loss of appetite. The public vet couldn't determine what was wrong until I took her to a private vet where they treated her and immediately she started eating again. When I wanted to claim back the money they treated it as an illness instead of an accident and even after the vet (TAH) stated on the claim form it was due to "swallowed foreign object" they dot sure felt the claim form was not enough and that anyone could have filled in the form indirectly stating that I could have committed ***** by completing the for. Myself.
