REFUSE CLAIMS despite HUGE premiums.
If I could give you ZARI I would! You increased my premium fromR800 odd to over R1200 because I claim so much (sickly dogs sadly) and then refuse my claim for chronic medication because when the policy renews ANNUALLY they do not cover pre-existing conditions!!!!! Wow. So what do I get for over R1200 a month!! Nothing!! What a useless company. BE WARNED!!!!
