Refund Lies

Multiple agents called the day after my last post to follow up on my complaint. I was advised I would receive an email correspondence with an official complaint form attached for escalation but 4 days later and still nothing from Dotsure. I made a return call today and was advised that the agent who called would get back to me and again NO CORRESPONDENCE.
