Refund Lies

Claims that you are entitled to a refund if a policy is canceled with no past claims or pending claims. Called to cancel a policy and even the agent confirmed that I qualify for a refund on the policy. They requested all relevant paperwork which was supp****, only for them to come back and say sorry, no refund due. This is contrary to what they state even when having a conversation confirming the fact. BE CAREFUL
