REFUND FOR UNKNOWN POLICIES

I took car insurance with Dot Sure in August this year but their consultants decided it’s okay to sign me up for all their other policies. From August policies I don’t know kept deducting from my salary. A life policy, hospital plan and a gold card - All these policies I did not agree on the only policy I have with them is the car insurance that I agreed on, and I called them asking for my refund on the 4th of October till today the 15th of October I have not received my refund for these 3 deductions for 2 months. They keep saying it has been processed, LYING!! Every time I want to speak to their superior they are either in a meeting or on Lunch its happened more than twice. You do not even get a case number, every time you call them you have to state your case from the beginning. I am fed up and I want my money. I can also see that I need to cancel my car insurance with them because if anything should happen they will give me problems. DOT SURE RETURN MY MONEY!!!’
