REFUND
I have been waiting for my refund and no feedback. My insurance commenced 28th Jan 2025 and was told that I will only be charged prorata for the 30th and 31st of only around R200. Then my 1st premium will only be deducted on the 20th each month going forward. However on the 30th I was charged the whole premium without my consent. I called the call Centre and emailed my bank statement for refund, but still not received
