Received a call from Mr Sachin Bokhary from dotsure.co.za ,he was very friendly and made things simple for me to understand the warranty policy I needed and made sure I get exactly what I was asking for and more of what is needed on my vehicle,we need more people like him especially for us who don't understand the components of the cars in detail for what we need to insure for. If there was a percentage I would definitely give him 120% above the threshold Keep it up
