Rebecca was Rad!
I was assisted on an online chat by Rebecca when I accidentally selected the wrong plan when upgrading. She was patient with me, explaining everything in an easy-to-understand way. Her responses were timeous and she did not make me wait long to sort out the issue that I caused myself.
