Really good advice and kind assistance

Lydia in Liabilities has been helping me with an ongoing claim and has been so kind and reassuring. I've never had to lodge a claim like this before and I have made several blunders and been very confused by how to go about submitting documents etc - but she's been patient and given really great advice at every step.

We still don't know how it will all turn out so I don't know if I will be paid out (I really hope so!) but even if I'm not I do think Lydia will have done her best to help me. And I'm grateful for it!
