Reads T&Cs carefully
Took my dog in to get spayed. I was told on the phone they would cover the cost and I would only pay 10%. After claim was submitted there is a claim limit which I was not aware of. I could only claim for R475 for a bill of R2800. Gonna switch to alternative insurance as my girlfriend got full claim from medipet
