Re-review - Dotsure resolved my complaint almost immediately...

After giving a 1 star rating last week due to being given a run-around regarding my claim. They did somewhat restore my faith in the company after a formal complaint lodged. In general, after several years, I've always been happy with the way my claims processed, last week was not satisfactory, but they did get my complaint resolved almost immediately, just a pity I had to take to Social Media to get it done. Covid-19 has impacted service delivery from many companies, when we need assistance the most. Not quite ready to give the 5-star rating just yet, time will tell.
