Random premium increase
I'v been insured with dotsure for about 4 years now. Both vehicle and household. Last year I got an email indicating that my premium is increasing to R850 from R764, I called to understand why since I have a claim free vehicle record and also I only claimed house hold once, further my car is depreciating. I received a call from a very *********** consultent, who assured me that my premium would not increase and would remain R764. I was completely shocked to see that the premium did not increase to R850 but to R944 with no communication. I have sent numerous communications to dotsure requesting an explanation, to date no response.
