Quick and painless claims process

I'd like to take the time to rate Dotsure on their amazing service. This past week was only my second time ever claiming from Dotsure for our pet, and it was such a breeze! I submitted my claim online. I didn't time it exactly since I was informed it could take up to 3 days to process; however, around two hours after submission, I got a call from our case representative, Arina Reyneke-Heyer. She was so wonderful, very helpful, friendly and she explained everything in detail regarding what would be covered and what wouldn't, and within a few minutes of the phone call, the claim was processed and done.
