QUERY REGARDING UK OWN DEBITED AMOUNT

A consultant from Dotsure Mechanical Service called me and I didn't take the insurance in January, by end of Tha month they deducted and I thought it was a mistake they continue and didn't get time to call them and find out , I August I called them and answered by a very understanding lady by the name of Duduzile Datini, who promise to investigate and even listening to the calls and update me. She find the recording and call me back which I will get my refund soon, Thank you Duduzile for your empathy and humility.
