Dear Dotsure team

I would just like to say a huge thank you to the Dotsure team for the way my claims for Luka was handled. Thank you for putting us "pawrents" in the position to make the best, well informed decisions during tough times.

Luka had a very rare kidney disease and despite the vet's best efforts, she sadly did not make it. You were really part of her whole life.

Thank you to Wendy Lynch for dealing with the first claim. Thank you to Micheala Cronje for dealing with her final claim. Thank you to Nolundi Nofemele for amending the policy without us even asking.
