Professionalism and patience personified
I'm impressed with the service I received from Lucinda Sauer. Her professional, patient stature helped me to calm down and be rational in an extremely frustrating situation. Thank you for the transparency you displayed throughout even though you were acting on behalf of your client against me, and for the courtesy update calls as you were investigating the case. I'm happy that the truth finally prevailed and you wont be persuing me any longer. Hope you come right with your client
