I received friendly and extremely professional Demar Jansen. His knowledge of the product, his conduct while explaining the policy was of the highest standards. He guided me every step of the way, without coming across as "pushy" or forceful. There were a few glitches along the way, no fault of Demar, all from myself and my dad.
