Professional and easy setup.

I was helped by Jackie Buni. It was a quick and easy setup and all my my questions were answered. My only critique is that Jackie needs to slow down when taking a client through everything as it felt like a rushed reading of a long script rather than him explaining the policy to me. There were times when it was difficult to get a word in edgewise between his stream of dialogue. But overall, very good and looking forward to the policy in action.
