Having Experience working within the financial Industry as a compliance officer for financial service providers, one can be sceptical on the type of insurer they would choose for themselves.

I came across an insurer(dotsure) I have never even heard of before and a voice inside my head said try them out, man oh man the level of professionalism is beyond exceptional i must admit.

I tried them out with my cell phone insurance, from the day Sonja Arries took me through everything, which I knew but appreciated the effort she put in, tried to be difficult to ensure if these are the type of people I would want to deal with, however I could sense her calm demeanour over the phone as a professional. To the day I lodged a claim with Annemi Du Plessis, who went the extra mile to ensure that I understood the procedure that is to follow, and her quick response to questions I had posed not based on the claim itself. This is one insurer to look out for, I am definitely moving over my insurances to them in the nearby future.
