Premium Overcharge
I have sent messages in the past few days even contacted DotSure via their website, but no response. They overcharged me for my car insurance this month and won't bother rectifying the issue. I am so angry, need a reliable insurance that actually takes care of their customers. My normal premium is R777 but 2 days ago they charged me over R900, really unprofessional ! change in insurance will do !
