Premium Increase of over R400 without notice!

Good day,<br> <br> It came to my attention today that I was billed end of September, R424.14 more then what My original policy schedule says. The policy I agreed on in March had a premium of R1365.73 and I was billed R1789.87 at the end of of September.<br> <br> I then chatted on a consultant online at 9:45 this morning, who said he would have my consultant call me back. The consultant didn't call me by 2:50 and I chatted on the live chat again and they had the consultant then called me at 3pm. She stated I should have received an email and she would send me proof of that and the email stating why my insurance went up. I have received nothing yet. <br> <br> I refuse to pay this premium because I wasn't notified of this increase and therefore didn't have time to look at alternatives and there is no way I am paying R400 more on my premium.<br> <br> I want a refund on my premium difference of R424.14. I also do not agree with this increase.<br> <br> It is ********* to do this to customers!
