Dotsure is one of the insurers that forces you to take a supplementary contract with Netstar when taking out insurance. This goes against the NCA and they keep getting away with it.

I notified Dotsure that I sold my vehicle and bought a new one. They installed a new tracker in my new vehicle, and that's where the problem lies.

They installed a new tracker instead of moving it from one vehicle to another one. Now Netstar is telling me I should pay them for the cancellation of the tracking device with a substantial amount to pay them each month and I don't have a contract with Netstar, only the supplementary one that Dotsure made.

It got to a point where Netstar filed a non-payment notice to me which is hurting my credit score. So they are saying that I'm not paying even if I don't have a contract with them.

The last time I spoke with someone, they said they will fix the issue between Netstar and Doture to sort the confusion out and evidently they haven't

Never use Dotsure for insurance as they are practicing ******* activity with supplementary contracts that goes against the NCA.
