Poor Service, Policy cancellation and Refund

If I could give a zero rating I would of. We requested to cancel our car insurance via email on the 9th of February 2024 only to find that our request had been ignored and you still took a debit order at the end of February. When we questioned this and stated that we had requested to cancel the policy, again AWOL. Email after email had been sent and finally someone phoned and promised they will deal with this matter and make sure we get refunded within 2 to 5 working days. With this bit of relief the said working days had past AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW ANOTHER DEBIT ORDER WAS DEDUCTED END OF MARCH. It does not matter how many emails you send and BEG for feedback and/info to find out it this policy had been canceled. I am disgusted by this service. The said 2 to 5 working days had long passed and STILL NO REFUND! Policy number NYPD***
