Poor service in the management of my claim after it got damaged

Terrible service received from Rochelle Nqla Short term claim no *** -00001 DOTSURE took my car to a panel beater for repairs and phoned to confirm that DOTSURE approved to pay for parts to repair the car. A day later the claims assessor phoned to say they are now righting the car off without discussing with me and it is suspicious because the day before they approved the car for repairs and suddenly they decide to right off the car that is damaged from the back. We asked them to give us the money they approved initially for repairs and give us our car we will repair it ourselves but they are not cooperating. What kind of insurer is this that does not listen to the needs of their clients. disappointed by such a poor service after paying premium deligently for years. DOTSURE do the right and fair thing.
