Poor Service from Dotsure Pet Claims
Dotsure is unfortunately not the way to go. after my last review in 2021 nothing has changed. your claims are declined even though your limit is not reached, no response to emails.
Signing up is a breeze and the sales consultant asks for a review on Hello Peter, but don't be fooled, once they have you in their clutches, you will not receive the same service anymore!

22 Sept 2025, 13:03After only following up today, someone actually phoned me. Be assured that if your pet has Arthritis or any chronic condition, the limit does not get renewed annually (You only get R1150). So, you have to fit the bill for the medication for the duration of their life. I read through the contract again and don't see where this is stated. Very disappointed with the turnout of this pet insurance! I sent through my cancellation, so let's see if I actually get a response to that
