POOR Service from Dotsure Insurance

I just had a very bad experience with Dotsure insurance. My wife gave my son permission to use the car and the car was bumped from behind by another car while he was stationery. We submitted claim with all documents including tracker report showing that the vehicle was stationary when the incident occurred. Now Dotsure reject the claim saying that the driver was not nominated to drive the car . This is ridiculous and very disappointing to ignore the fact that the car was bumped from behind while stationary. This has got nothing to do with driver nomination. This is clear proof that insurance doesnt have the interest of clients at hear but look for excuses not to pay.. SHAME ON YOUR DOTSURE or maybe DOTUNSURE
