Poor service experience by dotsure Insurance

Dotsure is not good insurance because they are not consistent. Their consultants are not consistent with the feedback and consumer service was bad for me. I paid 5000 access fees on the 15 November and the claim is not yet finalized. When I call to make follow up Milakah Basson she is forever in a meeting and does not respond to emails. Personally will not recommend any person to consider dotsure Insurance. This was I have experience for the past four months. Very frastrated by the way consultant will take you from pillar to post.
