Poor service

I had pet insurance for accidents for my dogs.My one dog there was blood spots on the floor. I took him to the vet and the vet said that he has a bladder infection. I paid the account and submitted it online. It was declined as they said that i was not covered. I took out insurance for accidents, ilnesses as well as wellness. I asked to be covered immediately and had to pay a pro rata amount of R182,40.My dog still had blood spots after a week and took him to the SPCA were he was neutured and paid R1200.00.I submitted this account and again it was declined. Why I paid to be covered and I informed them for for immediate cover.Why did not inform me that I will not be covered immediately. I cancelled and will never deal with them ever.
