Poor service

I am very disappointed with the service i have received from Dotsure, first they fail to pay the Towing fee and they said it was an unauthority Towing and they let me kept the car for 9 days at the storage and they said they were investigating the incident. According to their policy an unauthorized Towing is equal to R1500 and they refused to pay even that amount . Their consultant said I'm not the first one for this to happen to and I'm not gonna be the last one to, which means that is how they operate. I bought the car through finance on in 29 January 2023 , their accessor write-off the car "as it not economical to repair car as per the quotation". Their loss control department valued car at R113000 at a residual value not on market value at date of the accident as per their policy. Which means within months two the car have depreciated by almost 45% of it market value. With the kind of service I have received from Dotsure I would not recommend anyone to use them and I ended up canceling the policy on 17 of April 2023 and they have not pay back the remaining monthly premium to date.
