Poor service by Dotsure insurance

I had a car accident in September and also had major issues in getting Dotsure to approve the repairs. And they chose their preferred repairers. Dotsure buys the replacement aftermarket auto parts made by third party companies based on OEM part designs which are not always good. Car in question is still under manufacturers warranty but is fitted with **** parts. 2nd the nominated repairer, asked me to collect the car 2 months later with bubbled painted hood, broken fender liner, broken non functional wipers, non tested headlights only showing 2 meters ahead. Separation between fender bumper and headlights. All of this happened while I warned Dotsure about the repairers
