Poor Service by Dotsure
I logged on a claim for a motor accident. Its been over 4 weeks without any assistance. Te claim was registered and got closed without any valid reason, when I made a follow up I was informed its because of the outstanding information.
The service provider sent all the information to the company and to date I am yet to receive a confirmation of whether the claim has been approved or declined.
