Poor Service and lack of communication
Only after I have submitted my claim and I’m told that my access is 21000 and if my car is driven by someone else is another 21000 and if that driver is under 30 years of age it’s another 21000 and I need to pay the Panelbeater 1200 for stripping the car and I have to go and pay for a police report then I wait for more than 7 days without any feedback, even today I don’t know what’s happening with my claim
