Poor service and inaccurate policy information shared

So disappointed with the poor service, and would rather look for alternative pet insurances, where promises are kept and sales managers that sold you on a policy, get back to you and take responsibility for their mistakes. Also, they say all calls are recorded and can be shared with you, stil have not received mine nor any acknowledgement that it will be made available to me.

Worst service and **** information promised upon choosing my Pet insurance!
