Poor service

I have been with the car insurance from 2017 every thing was good until 2021 when I had an accident another vehicle hit me on my rear side behind the drivers seat my car was taken in September for repairs by the panel beater (KEY DELTA Pinetown) at that time I was 6 months pregnant only got the car back in November repairs were done but there was a new problem at hand central locking was not working as well as my battery so I took the car back to the panel beaters and reported the new problems and concerns regarding my safety we waited there for 5hrs they took the car back and I was the one who kept calling the insurance company for the update the assessor was never available I now had to rely on public transport hence the car I hired had to be taken back mind you now I'm highly pregnant finally my car came back in December I was told I'll be using two remotes 1 to open the boot the other to open doors and I agreed because of my situation and thinking it was temporary now recently the car doors locked and I couldn't use the car on that day my husband was away on work when he came back I reported the matter and he also saw other things he wasn't happy about regarding the repairs he than called the panel beaters and reported and they sent an email to my insurance regarding my complain and they also sent it to me its been a week now I have been waiting for the response from my insurance.......
