Poor Service
I took an insurance with Dotsure the first day I had my car then I had a minor accident that brought a huge amount in quotations. They told me to pay R15 000 for access ,which I saw in the contract and another R15 000 of no third party involved. I have never heard such a grab. How do you design such a crazy claim. Now I requested them to bring my car back which they did after several calls I made to them. It came with a scratch on the right side of rear bumper and they promised to send me a quote for that and the way forward but I haven't heard anything from them. They want me to keep calling and listen to them telling lies. Think twice if you wanna insure with Dotsure Insurance.
