POOR SERVICE

I am not happy with the service. You wait weeks for them to settle your claims. They don't phone you or send you mails to let you know about the status of your claim. I sent through a Vet Invoice and proof of payment in the beginning of December I am still waiting for my money. I have to phone them the whole time and all I get is promises
