Poor poor service

I took out a service plan with Dotsure about 8 months ago and when claiming they informed me that they do not sell service plans I have been going back and forth with the company for a week now, with failure to come to a conclusion; I submitted a complaint to their resolutions department, it’s 5 days later with no feedback, I am frustrated because my vehicle needs to be serviced and it is not my problem if your sales consultants are *********** and didn’t disclose to me that “this is not a service plan” well I’ve been paying you for a service plan, I’m quite annoyed at this point

Pay me back all of my premiums since your consultant sold me a service plan, simple.
