Poor customer service

Lovely customer service to sign you up and take your money, then impossible to speak to someone when you want to make a claim. They say they will get back to you usually within 24 hours, I've been waiting 31 hours now and when I called at 17.00 they said they are closed and that office hours are until 18.00 so not sure why they were closed at 17.00?! Very frustrated and disappointed with their service. Am thinking of canceling my policy but have no idea how I can do that as I can't speak to anyone!
