Poor and pathetic service
Today was the 11th time I called and never been successful. I am a 3rd party in a claim. They are not interested to assist me, transfer from one call to the other and told that they will call me back. The operators on the phones are either *********** or they are told to not assist the 3rd party so Dotsure do not need to pay for damages caused by their policy holders.
