Policy underwriter rejects claim!
I have had pet insurance since 2012 for my dogs. In 2021 Petsure informed me that they were moving my policy from Hollard to Dotsure. This was an existing policy. I submitted a claim for my dog and Dotsure have rejected the claim, saying that the initial three months are not covered and it is pre-existing condition! ***? I am furious as I did not request the transfer from Hollard to Dotsure!
