Policy cancellation. Yet they want my money after a month.

I had the best sales agent helping me, but I cancelled my policy, I have all the the necessary emails from a month ago stating policy cancellation, today I see you guys wanted to take policy money from me, now I don't know how many debit orders will come back and the insufficient funds cost resulting to all the debit orders, I cancelled for a reason...
