Policy cancellation

After 6 months still unable to cancel my Pet Insurance. Was only able to do one cancellation from the site portal. Apparently there is a company clause that all cancellation should be made via telephone. I cannot see it in my contract nor on the site (please prove me wrong). All I want is to cancel a policy as simple as that. Currently, I am not available on my phone. Please assist.
