**** Policy?
I received a call from someone at apparently dotsure. I could not hear her name, she rambled off all the information and I still have not received the email of the policy, but received the "debi-check sms" to confirm the debitorder. She could not give me a reference number for the policy as "the system was slow". Not sure if this is a **** as it sounds like one.
