Pleasure to deal with them

I've had my yorkie and my insurance for about a month when i had to claim the 1st time. Claim went smoothly and then i had to submit another claim. Yorkies are not for sissies.... I've expected issues, and was surprised when none came. I've never had the pleasure to deal with such a hassle free insurance company ever. The 2nd claim was an email with the claim form, the vet bill and an explanation of what happened. I was paid without one question asked. I will never go to another company ever. What an absolute pleasure to work with these people. Penny has been accident free for a while now and I hope it stays that way!!!
