*PLEASE BE AWARE OF DOTSURE CARROT* I am submitting a formal complaint regarding my experience with Carrot which I was introduced to after signing up with Dotsure. I was contacted by Carrot and informed that I qualified for various benefits for my pets. As part of this offering, I was explicitly promised physical tracking devices for my dogs. Based on these representations I agreed to sign up. However more than 3 months have now passed & I have not received any devices. Despite this, an amount of R638 per month has consistently been debited from my bank account allegedly as payment towards these devices. To date no devices have been delivered, no satisfactory explanation, no alternative arrangement or refund. This leads me to believe that the promise of devices was used as an inducement to sign up while the monthly deductions continue without the goods ever being supp****. This constitutes misrepresentation & potentially deceptive business practices.
