On 1 April 2024 I got a cal from Sunica Geldenhuys from dotsure about my enquiry for medical insurgence for my dog... Wel in many years I have last spoke to a saleslady with so mutch phone etiquette... Every question I asked got answered in 2 to 3 divrent ways she went the extra mile for a unknown person just so he could be inform 100% of what he is about to purchase... She also made sure that I know how my policy works and if I need more info where to go / fone or whatsapp... In my opinion Sunica Geldenhuys is a perfect asset for the company she is working for, I am convinced that with her Tallent, phone etiquette and sparkling joyfully way of speaking to people that she can work her way up to supervisor in a short time period... I don't know this young lady but have a very big respect for her, she deserves the best in life...
